J.CROW'S® Lugol's Iodine solution
We live in an environment that is constantly stripped of essential nutrients - and most of us are deficient in iodine. Some supplement their iodine needs with kelp and seafood - I find it is better to use a dropper and apply iodine to my skin.

mibest pulse oximeter and O2 saturation monitor
This is the greatest, yet least expensive medical device I own. I feel our resting heart rate is one of the most important bio measurements we can take. Every day, I monitor my O2 levels to make sure my resting heart rate ranges in the 60s... and my O2 is at least 97%.

Castor Oil
I always heard castor oil was this magical, mystical... fountain of youth amazing potion. Many people report it helps regrow hair and treat eczema. But I use it to fight a mystery illness I have in my legs. Specifically, I have had this internal itching on both legs. It is not eczema. Some doctors say it was all in my mind. It was so bad I would itch myself until I bled. But a month ago, I applied a thin layer of this castor oil on my legs and all the itch disappeared. And my itch has not returned since. I do not believe in miracles, but this was close.

Tingley 31151 kneed boots
I have the worst looking toenails. And from time to time, my feet itch. I read about mixing equal parts apple cider vinegar with original Listerine mouthwash in a foot bath. I tried it every day for a year straight and did not see much improvement. And it was expensive (because of the amount needed to fill the foot bath). Then I came up with the idea of using rubber boots to slash the cost.. and it works. Now I mix a tiny amount - about a 1/4 cup of each and it covers my feet completely. They are super durable and still look like new even though they are over 3 years old.
