Each location closely resembles the geography's "theme".
For example, our Lancaster County, Pennsylvania location is for those seeking a simple life sheltered from the stress of the city.
Our central Florida location is all about year-round warmth.
Our Shenandoah, Virginia location is wine country, cascading waterfalls, spectacular vistas, fields of wildflowers, and quiet wooded hollows.
And our upper-state New York location is a quiet gateway to tranquil beautiful parks, classic museums, historic sites and secluded gardens.
And within each location are sections for independent communities. There's no "wokeness" here where everyone has to mix and be forced to get along. It kind of reminds me of my time in college at West Chester University. Goshen Hall was the "fun" dorm. Across the way, Killinger Hall was known as the "Quiet Dorm". I lived in the quiet dorm for 2 years and met my wife there.
